Skaramuča Dingač Reserva – (box of 6)

AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER

Plavac Mali is the most widespread variety of wine produced in Dalmatia. On the steep, precipitous southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula we find the Dingač and Poštup appellations, renown for producing some of the best Plavac Mali.

Matured in barrique oak barrels, the Dingač Reserva is characterised by its dark red ruby colour and intense aroma from the first moment in the glass.

A beautiful pronounced and sensual bouquet of cherries, coffee, vanilla, truffles and a note of Dalmatian grass. Its profile changes from strong barrique and tobacco notes to plum jam and sweet touch of ripe prunes which get more heightened the longer it is allowed to breathe. Fantastic solid tannin with freshness and a long length..

Dingač is ideal for all meat dishes, especially fine dishes such as venison, lobster and fine fish dishes as well as mature cheeses.
